Posthotel Leavenworth - Adults Exclusive, Leavenworth

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the spa facilities were fantastic and offered a relaxing escape, the overall customer service left much to be desired, particularly when it came to handling reservations and billing issues. The dining options were also not as good as I hoped. However, the atmosphere and architecture of the resort were absolutely stunning, which made for a decent getaway.

This hotel is a true gem, nestled in a stunning location with breathtaking views and a wellness focus that makes it feel like a retreat. The rooms are luxurious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay, although we did experience some noise from the room above. The service was exceptional, with the staff attentive to all our needs, making our stay very enjoyable. Dining options were impressive, with all meals included, although the only drawback was the lack of a blackout in the room.

My experience at the hotel was far from ideal, beginning with the frustrating challenge of gaining access just to have lunch. I was really excited to visit, but I felt unwelcome from the start. The atmosphere looked lovely, and the amenities had great potential, but the lackluster customer service and troubling billing issues really diminished my stay. Overall, it's a beautiful property, but the service needs a lot of improvement to justify the high price.
